I am also wondering about community orchestras that invite touring pianists to peform in their town or city. Are piano tuner/technician needs met locally? Or do these organizations have to find tuners in the bigger cities to travel out to their location and take care of the concert grands? What are the challenges to smaller communities in maintaining their concert level pianos? Interested particularly in areas like Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, North Carolina, etc.
